What certifications does your central station have?

GCS is a UL Listed and TMA Five-Diamond Certified Central Station.

What type of redundancy does your central station have?

We are a fully hot redundant, mirrored, and 100% fault tolerance central station. We have fully redundant communication paths, including network, radio, internet, and wireless.

What formats does GCS accept?

We accept all industry formats.

What are your back-up systems?

GCS has a hot redundant backup computer system for all receivers and communication equipment. We also have uninterruptible power supplies with standby generators and backup battery banks, and advanced disaster management protocols.

What is Matrix, and how does it work?

The DICE Matrix system allows secure, encrypted connections over the Internet or through the dealer portal to enable dealers to access and modify their account data at any time. The DICE Matrix Mobile Vivid app allows techs out in the field to place accounts on/off test, check history, and contact customers.

What training do your operators have?

All of our operators are TMA 5-Star Certified by CSAA and SIA Certified. However, what sets GCS apart from the rest is that our training never stops because our operators participate in our year-round training program.

Can your operators answer basic alarm questions?

Yes, our operators are trained to answer a wide variety of questions on a variety of topics.

What is the duration of your agreements?

We do not have term contracts. All of our agreements are month-to-month in duration.
