In 1952, the Cooke family established All-Guard Systems in the San Francisco Bay Area. Once they had grown large enough to require a monitoring center, they couldn’t find one that was going to give their customers the excellent customer service that they came to expect. So, in 1984 they opened Grand Central Station. Here we are nearly 40 years later, and not much has changed other than the technology. We still focus on building partnerships with our dealers, providing excellent customer service, and keeping up with the ever-changing world of alarm systems.

We understand your monitoring company is “the voice of your business.” The decision to partner with a monitoring company is one of the most important decisions you will make. Grand Central Station has partnered with hundreds of dealers, working together to reach their goals and secure their business’ long-term success.

Many things make GCS a great monitoring company, but most importantly, we continuously invest in our people. Our operators undergo a rigorous 6-week training period and participate in year-round training exercises and opportunities. All our operators are TMA Five-Diamond, and SIA certified. We still have a small company feel with the big company skills, and our average length of employment for our operators is 12 years.
