n 1952, the Cooke family established All-Guard Systems in the San Francisco Bay Area. Once they had grown large enough to require a monitoring center, they couldn’t find one that was going to give their customers the excellent customer service that they came to expect. So, in 1984 they opened Grand Central Station. Here we are nearly 40 years later, and not much has changed other than the technology. We still focus on building partnerships with our dealers, providing excellent customer service, and keeping up with the ever-changing world of alarm systems.

We still have a small company feel with the big company skills, and our average length of employment for our operators is 12 years.
